The hotel itself is gorgeous...a mixture of Art Deco & Mid-Century...and the employees are first-class! The rooms are well-furnished & comfy, with no trace of the previous nights guest in sight. The bed, as well as the bedding, was heavenly & almost worth the cost of spending just one more night! A fabulous shower with an unending supply of hot water & big white towels that actually absorbed water sealed the deal for me making this the ONLY hotel I will stay in when I come to the Woodlands. Oh.. and the Drybar hairdryer was a nice touch too! Did I mention that the hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk to the Pavillion?? In the time it takes to find one's car in the Pavillion"s parking garage or catch an Uber/Lyft out of there, you are back at the Hotel planning your next move!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very convenient with loads to do. There are great shops on the doorstep and a wealth of restaurants nearby. We loved Tommy Bahamas. There is a free trolley car which goes around the woodlands and can take you to a bigger variety of restaurants and shops too. The local luxury cinema is excellent and the kids loved the pedalo on the nearby lake. The staff were welcoming, the pool is lovely and breakfast was good. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Valet and reception was excellent. With two teenagers and my

I have lived in The Woodlands area since 2000 and been to the hotel many times. In fact, my son and DIL had their wedding reception there and going back to stay next week. I used to go to group happy hours and listen to bands there before the pandemic. I moved away about a year. and a half ago. Just back to visit with friends and family and go to wine walk. I feel the rates are a little high. And I feel that is so for most every hotel I've stayed in in the last year. But, it is a very nice place and I will be back.

Perfect location if attending a concert at the Woodlands. The hotel is in upscale area & is surrounded by great places to shop. (There is a Kendra Scott store directly across from the hotel.) The area is clean, populated, patrolled by Security, & well-lit after dark so you can travel by foot without looking over your shoulder. The hotel itself is elegant, staff are friendly & welcoming, & the bar is fabulous. One of the few places I've stayed that carries Don Juilio 1942....and Drybar hairdryers in the guest rooms...

Everything. Absolutely everything. It made us feel safe. We went for a concert and it was only a walk away from the venue. We LOVED our stay here. The staff was so nice and amazing to us. They accommodated us as needed. And helped with EVERYTHING.
